Lights-Out Factory Feasibility
Technical assessment and prioritization of automation potential along production processes.
This project assessed the technical feasibility of a lights-out factory. I analyzed the relevant processes, identified digitalization and automation opportunities, and evaluated the technical dependencies that would determine whether unmanned operation was realistic.
The opportunities were structured and prioritized to provide a transparent basis for further investment and implementation decisions.
