Digitalization and automation projects in factory planning

Over the past months, I have worked on several consulting projects at the intersection of factory planning, process improvement, digitalization, and automation.

The completed assignments include designing target processes and the future IT system landscape for a digitalized mechanical production environment, assessing the technical feasibility of a lights-out factory, and developing an area program and production layout for the economic evaluation of a new factory site.

In addition, I have automated recurring administrative workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, supported the introduction and customization of Odoo ERP, and developed practical generative AI training for managers and consultants.

What connects these projects is a structured path from understanding the current end-to-end process to developing transparent, technically feasible, and economically sound solutions together with the relevant stakeholders.
